Description
A $200 Damage Deposit is required to secure your booking and will be pre-authorized on your card at the time of payment. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, barring any damages, missing items, or outstanding charges. We typically process the refund within 48 hours following your session.
Please note, if there are any unpaid invoices or charges related to your booking, we will wait up to 7 days before capturing the amount from the deposit. For the best experience, we ask that you settle any outstanding invoices separately and request cancellation of the pre-authorization if no charges apply.
Important: This is a pre-authorization hold on your card, not an immediate charge. The amount will be temporarily reserved but not captured unless necessary, and the hold will be released in full if no claims arise.
